Turnkey Solutions (EPC)
The EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) model is the preferred solution for manufacturers seeking a single point of responsibility and a guaranteed outcome. You tell us what you need, and we deliver a fully operational production facility.
Proccel becomes your sole contractor, responsible for the design, supply of equipment, and physical construction of the facility.
1. Engineering (Overall Design): Our engineers conduct a comprehensive study of your production line. We define the technical specifications and performance guarantees that we commit to achieving.
2. Procurement (Supply & Logistics): Proccel selects, purchases, and ships all equipment. You don’t have to manage any suppliers; we handle the financial and logistical aspects for you.
3. Construction (Installation & Commissioning): Our teams (or subcontractors under our direct supervision) perform mechanical assembly, wiring, and integration at your site. We fully manage the construction site, safety, and compliance with standards.
4. Commissioning (Start-up & Handover): We perform final performance tests. Once the line meets the set performance targets, we hand over the keys to you. The plant is ready to produce immediately.

Engineering & Project Management (EPCM)
The EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) model allows you to retain financial control of your project while entrusting us with technical responsibility and project management.
1. Engineering: We translate your requirements into technical drawings.
Deliverables: Feasibility studies, 3D layout plans, process diagrams (P&IDs), and drafting of technical specifications.
2. Procurement: We don’t sell you machines; we help you choose the best ones.
Action: We consult global suppliers, compare technical proposals, and help you negotiate the best prices. The client signs the contracts directly, ensuring full cost transparency.
3. Construction Management: We are your eyes and ears on the job site.
Action: We coordinate the various trades (plumbers, electricians, automation specialists). We manage the schedule, monitor the quality of workmanship, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
4. Commissioning & Acceptance: We verify that everything is working properly before handing over the keys.
Action: Supervision of no-load and load tests. We validate that the plant’s actual performance meets the objectives set during the design phase.
